This workshop is designed for interpreters who have already taken an introductory workshop or course in Deafblind interpreting. We will focus on cultivating a deeper understanding of the ethical aspects of Deafblind interpreting using vignettes, examination of lived experiences, contextualization, and analysis of our personal biases. We will also focus on the role of intersectionality in Deafblind interpreting.
